Hanna Spasowska

A respected legal scholar and engaged, forward-thinking educator with over two decades of academic experience, she has built a distinguished career at the field of environmental protection, energy law, and the transformative role of technology in the legal sector.

Holding a PhD in law and a legal advisor training, she combines rigorous expertise with an unwavering commitment to
innovation in legal education.

She is the author of over fifty scientific publications and a graduate of four postgraduate programs, including an LL.M. in International Commercial Law at Kozminski University In Warsaw, the Energy Academy at the Warsaw School of Economics, and Management and MBA studies at Lublin University of Technology.

Her academic pursuits are complemented by active involvement in curriculum development—creating new fields of study in collaboration with both Polish and international institutions.

Renowned for her outstanding teaching skills, she has a unique ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and engagingly. She teaches a wide range of legal subjects to students from diverse academic backgrounds—both law and non-law majors—at various universities, tailoring her approach to the needs of each audience.

Her specialization encompasses environmental law, renewable energy, animal protection, and legal technology.
